Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15, 1977) is an American comedy writer, director and podcaster. She also promotes mental well-being. Her previous job was as a journalist at BuzzFeed Video. She left the firm in 2015 and launched her own comedian YouTube channel Just Between Us with Gabe Dunn, a fellow writer. Raskin is a New Yorker who was born into Jewish parents on the 20th of June, 1989. She was a student at in the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts degree. Jamin Ben Raskin, born December 13, 1963 is an American lawyer and professor of law who served as the U.S. congressman for Maryland's eighth congressional district since the year 2017. Law professor was lead prosecutor at Trump's second impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin is not running for Maryland Senate's open seat However, he plans to run within the House to continue his career as the chair of House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac and other wealthy suburbs in The Washington, D.C. area are part of the district. The 8th district also encompasses numerous other, more economically diverse areas.
